Intriq reserves the right to modify room assignments when necessary while providing a suitable alternative where reasonably possible.

6. Larger Venue Arrangements

Requests for larger venue arrangements are subject to separate confirmation and availability.

No specific capacity shall be considered guaranteed unless confirmed by Intriq.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intriq shall not be responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Lost profits
  • Student enrollment outcomes
  • Course performance outcomes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Users remain responsible for their own teaching activities and business operations.

8. Marketing Services Disclaimer

Any optional digital marketing services offered by Intriq are separate services and do not guarantee student inquiries, enrollments, admissions, revenue, or business success.

9. Website Usage

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
